According to the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, Chapter III, Article 16, the following are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9-15 regarding distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises:

• The supply of sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed by the consumer.

SC VERSAVENTURE SRL provides products that are susceptible to deterioration, sealed, which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection. If the received product has perished and upon opening the package is in an unfit condition for consumption or poses a health risk to the consumer, which can be proven with photographs/videos, the customer is obligated to contact us within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the package at the email address contact@ciocolatacubeneficii.ro, tel. +40 774 453 204, or to complete the return form, for the replacement of the product free of charge.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to return the purchased product within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the return request. It must be in the same condition as it was received, in the original packaging, with the intact label, and together with all the accompanying documents.

Upon receiving the information regarding the intention to return, SC VERSAVENTURE SRL requests a courier and sends the courier to the address indicated by the customer to pick up the returned package. The return shipping costs are not the customer's responsibility, as they will be covered by SC VERSAVENTURE SRL.
